New Year’s Celebration!

So, New Year’s is just around the corner and as adults we tend to the ALL the celebrating. I found some neat ideas on how to incorporate the kids in the New Year’s celebration. The first idea I found is, when doing the countdown why not fill balloons and write the hour with marker of glitter on them; as each hour goes by have the kids pop the balloons. Candy or confetti can be placed inside the balloon so they have something to look forward to. You can start as early as 6:30 pm and go from there or just the last two hours, but breaking down the last hour by 10 minutes. That would be fun too! When toasting we have our wine or other adult beverages, why not fill wine glasses with milk for them and set them up nice and pretty too. This will make them feel important and part of the celebration. You know kids always want to do what mom and dad are doing. Have fun with these ideas and hope your kids enjoy!
